Avishkar Salvi, the pace bowler, has gained a huge name playing for the domestic cricket. He holds a doctorate degree in astrophysics.
4. Anil Kumble :
The former Indian cricketer and captain, Anil Kumble is one of the most renowned names in the history of Indian cricket. He did his pre-university college education from National College Basavanagudi and then went on to complete his engineering in the stream of Mechanical from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering (RVCE).
